The page for Chrysalis states that Chrysalis is "mother to all the Changelings in her hive". While this may be the common headcanon in the community, this seems to run counter to what we know from the lore. I'm not aware of any point in the show that explicitly states that Chrysalis is mother to any of the Changelings. This also seems to run directly counter to what we see in the show, where changelings form their own family units after Chrysalis is dethroned , and the comics where in FIENDship is Magic Issue 5 Chrysalis and many other Changelings are shown as flies being transformed by evil magic into Changelings. If we take this as canon, even if the show claims that Chrysalis is mother to Changelings at some point, she wouldn't be mother to "all" Changelings. The claim that her backstory is unknown is also incorrect thanks to FIENDship Issue 5.
