Brooding Hill is the second cliff found on the opposite side of Beach City and the Crystal Temple, which is located where the other cliff holding the Lighthouse is. From there, one can view all of Beach City, the surrounding ocean and beach, the Lighthouse, and the Crystal Temple located on the opposite end of the hill itself away from view, only showing a limb missing a hand.
History[]
According to the flashback told by Amethyst, she fled and isolated herself there with Lapis's Mirror after finding out about their involvement in the Gem War, and how they never told her and weren't going to tell her. Rose Quartz found her there and managed to comfort her and bring her back to the Temple.
Season 6[]
Lapis Lazuli, distraught over her involvment as Malachite, went to Brooding Hill to clear her head. Pearl went up there and joined her, and the following morning, the Off-Colors found them both as Spinel.
