The Cluster Gem Prototypes
Cluster Gems, otherwise known as Gem Experiments, are the results of experimentation done on Gem kind. Many of these most likely were created by Homeworld as prototypes to The Cluster, though this is questionable as some were found on the White Diamond Space Station. Much like Corrupted Gems, Cluster Gems become highly aggresive when sensing other beings close by. They first began to appear in "The Runaway".
In a typical sense, Cluster Gems look like a mish-mash of various humanoid parts, commonly as a result of different shards being fused together.

The Runaway[]
This was the first Cluster to appear. it has five orange, large fingers on top of a rounded violet head, with one large eye and no nose, with its mouth located on the neck. Its forearms are green, and violet, as its back legs dragged behind at first, also having hands rather than feet. Its back is lined with small toes, and has a long tail made up of one muscular purple arm. It is about as tall as Garnet.
This one appears in "The Runaway", where it confronted and fought Peridot and Rainbow Dash, and was quickly defeated and poofed by Rainbow Dash. It's current whereabouts are unknown, though it's most likely still inactive.
Kindergarteners[]
This Cluster is about twice as tall as Jasper, with a thin build similar to Pearl. It has one eye with the pupils split in two for a red and blue color. It's covered in grey fabric and has no arms.
Although a Cluster Gem, this one is more unique due to its large size, and agile movements, currently being the second largest Cluster Gem to appear, only smaller compared to The Cluster itself.
It started to become active in the Prime Kindergarten, catching the attention of the Crystal Gems. Once it found them, it started to fight them all, and was only defeated after an attack from it forced Jasper and Garnet to fuse into Carnelian. This one was apart of the Crystal Temple's many Gems, but most likely was taken by White Diamond troops, and possibly residing on the White Diamond Space Station.
The Albino Diamond PT2[]
Various forms of Cluster Gems had been viewed by both the Crystal Gems and the Mane Six as they were trying to escape the White Diamond Space Station, having to pass through the Science Lab where numerous amounts of these Gems were being held.
The Fish and the Blacksmith[]
A group of cluster gems appeared within the Prime Kindergarten as Tiger's Eye, Bismuth, and Lapis Lazuli were checking the area. They were observed attacking the Quartz Pack until they were crushed underneath a fallen Gem Injector.
Team B[]
A number of cluster Gems were mentioned residing within the White diamond Space Station as Flint, Diopside, Jade, Bismuth, Topaz, Star Quartz, and Onyx arrived to rescue the Zoomans, Pearl, and Aquamarine. Three of these cluster Gems made up Carnelian, Skinny, and Concrete.
