Cya is a native alien from the planet Heiligdom that was briefly encountered and taken care of by The Diamond Authority and company during their visit to the planet.
Appearance
Cya is described as appearing like a hybrid between both a Dragon and a Pterosaur, having numerous features from both animals with a few extra pieces. He had the body of a Dragon, but the head of a pterosaur with the signature head crest and elongated toothed mouth.
He also had a third pair of limbs from the chest with webbed hands, three sets of eyes, and a pair of wings that can extended outward triple in size, resembling fins or flippers.
Personality
Throughout his first appearance, Cya is shown as arrogant and prideful, refusing to admit at first to need any help from anyone despite being injured and only wanting to help them after thinking it was his own idea. He is also apparently VERY talkative.
History
Season 8
After Yellow Diamond was captured by the K-Bora, Cya appeared to her friends as an injured animal, attacked by the Nanjarie and receiving an injured wing. He at first refused Steven Universe's help, insisting that he can move just fine, only to quickly give in. While he was healing, he was asked to help find Yellow Diamond, to which at first he refused but decided to go on his own accord when he realized that they had "trouble". During his flight, he was witness to White Diamond's attack on the K-Bora, and once returning with her and Yellow Diamond, flew off on his way.
Trivia
- While he can speak the Human language, it is extremely broken, and barely understandable by normal people.
