Doctor Hooves, sometimes referred to as "The Doctor", is an Earth Pony that lives in Ponyville. He makes a few known appearances throughout the main series.

He is a brown stallion with a slightly-spiked brown mane and tail. His Cutie Mark consists of an hourglass.

Season 3[]
Dr. Hooves first appears alongside Derpy Hooves in Ponyville Café on the day of Cranky Doodle and Matilda Doodle's wedding. Derpy expresses her issues to him about how she messed up the invitations, and Doctor Hooves suggests her to create a Good Luck Package as a way to make up for it. He later shows up at the wedding ceremony.
Season 6[]
He appears again in "What Counts", him being one of the first residence to meet the Off-Colors. While at first startled, he's very fascinated with the group and introduces them to Winter Wrap-Up.
