The Gem Scorpion is a Gem-like monster fought by Amethyst, Steven Universe, and Onion's Gang within the nearby woods of Beach City.
Appearance
As the name implies, the Gem Scorpion resembles in appearance to an actual scorpion. Its pincers, tails, and eye are made out of crystals, the middle tail having smaller gemstones lining the top of it.
History
The Gem Scorpion became one of the targets assigned to Amethyst and Steven, and one of the first ones they came across while in the nearby woods. It quickly confronted them when it found one of its "babies" under threat by Onion's Gang. While it was able to handle Amethyst's whips, with the combined help of Onion's Gang she and Steven manage to defeat the monster, Soup using her pot to reflect the lasers it shot, and cutting off all three of its tails.

- Laser Beams - The Scorpion is capable of shooting laser beams from the ends of all three of its tails.
