Hard Case is one of the Unicorn officers working within Fillydelphia.
Personality
Hard Case is shown to be assertive, rude, and often takes matters into his own hooves in spite of not being lead officer. This is shown throughout his appearance, refusing to allow Steven Universe and his friends to help as they're not officers. He is also largely prejudice towards Dragons, immediately blaming Spike for the fires in Fillydelphia simply because he is a Dragon.
History
Season 7
Hard Case appears alongside By The Book during one of the fires in Fillydelphia to investigate the case, yet he almost immediately signals out Spike as the cause simply for him being a Dragon. He was made to keep quiet during this though as he technically had no evidence himself that it was him specifically. His resentment towards Steven and his friends continue back at the station, questioning why they needed kids to do an officer's job. Later that night, without consent of By The Book, he willingly placed a curfew onto the local Dragon population, but withdrew it shortly after By The Book and Steven drove off the true threat.
