The Jungle Moon is a moon orbiting an abandoned Gem colony located in Sector 7. It was originally meant to be a base similar to that of the Earth Moon Base, but was abandoned mid-completion according to Peridot.
Layout[]
The Jungle Moon is shown as a very tropical place, as the name suggested, with many foreign plant and animal matter found within the location. While it's unknown what the planet was like on a global scale, the area explored is shown as very tropical in climate, made up of mostly forests and jungles.
According to Peridot however, the planet was a lot drier and more arid thousands of years ago, 4,750 years to be exact, to a point in which the Sapphires predicted life would go extinct in the following hundreds of years, though that clearly didn't happen. This was possibly an extinction event that occurred on the moon.

Sector 7 Gem Colony[]
A abandoned Gem Colony is able to be observed from the Jungle Moon's surface. It was going to be made as another colony for Homeworld, but due to a lack of need for it, it was left behind. No known structures could be seen on the actual planet.
Jungle Moon Base[]
A moon base was built on the Jungle Moon, reasons similar to the Earth Moon Base to observe the colony on Earth, but like it it too was abandoned, and is currently overrun by foreign plant matter.
