Lucid is a strange being from Equus, and the primary antagonist in the My Little Universe special "My Little Universe: Mindwarp".
Physical Appearance[]
Lucid is presented as a bizzare being of unknown race. He stands about at Jasper's height, though it can be argued he might be taller since he stood in a hunched posture, the head at Lapis's level of vision. He wears clown-like gloves on his hands, and a comical smiley mask over his face with a long prominent nose. His feet are extremely large hooves, resembling clown shows, and he apparently has a shaggy equine-like tail. His body is almost completely covered in a black cloak, and his true face is unknown.
Personality[]
As he was never shown talking, it is a bit unclear as to what his true personality is like. He is shown to be rather cheeky and likes to play games and puzzles on others in the dream realm, though was willing to help Steven understand rose a little more by showing him numerous past events during these dreams, claiming he was just trying to help. How he knows this is unclear.

Lucid is shown to be able to send ponies and other creatures into a hibernation state, which they can't wake up from unless he lets them. This is probably so he could have more fun with his victims in the dream realm, which he has extremely powerful control over.
History[]
Lucid resided in the "Frozen North", where he began to send creatures into a deep sleep. This became an apademic, and caught the attention of Celestia and Luna, who managed to find the source. Upon finding him, both sisters banished Lucid for this act into the Realm of Limbo.
My Little Universe: Mindwarp[]
Lucid, despite being trapped in Limbo, somehow managed to effect Steven Universe with a similar hibernation spell one night, and got Steven caught up in one of his games. Lucid had Steven go through a number of past events involving Rose Quartz and her time alive, but during this he found out about the Crystal Gems entering the dream realm to find him. As such, he starts to toy with them and places both sides in numerous problems and various puzzles for them to solve in order to finish his "game". While messing with the other Gems, he was truly trying to help Steven understand his mother, at least a little bit. Once they were brought back, he gives them a picture and writes that he won't bother anyone anymore.

- Lucid's face mask is reference to, and inspired by Mr. Noseybonk - an infamously creepy children's show character from the UK TV series "Jigsaw".
