The Ruby Squad is a notable group of Rubies from Yellow Diamond City, and serve under Yellow Diamond's command, with rubies from both Era 1 and Era 2. Their main goal is to obey and complete whatever tasks were given to them by their superior.

Era 1[]
- Doc - doc is the notable leader of the Ruby Squad. She considers herself above the other rubies, often giving them orders, and sometimes takes credit for ideas that weren't her own.
- Army - She's the most action-oriented and ill-tempered of the group, willing to fight at any given opportunity. Despite her ill temper, she is very loyal to her captain, and holds a strict soldier demenour.
- Eyeball - Despite only having one eye, she is the most observant and quiet of the group. She has the most level head of the team, yet due to her quiet nature isn't credited as much.
Era 2[]
- Navy - Navy is a very femenine member of the squad, and behaves fairly aristocratically. She has a liking to many different planets.
- Leggy - Leggy is the most naive of the group, and the youngets member as well. She is often refered to as "Newbie".
Former Members[]
- Ruby - Ruby from the Crystal Gems joins the Ruby Squad for their mission to the Tunguska Gem Facility on request by Sapphire. None of the squad realized she was a Crystal Gem with the exception of Eyeball.
